Instructions for Passport Size Photograph and Signature:**

**Passport Size Photograph:**
1. The photograph must be in color and taken in a professional studio. Mobile phone pictures and self-composed portraits are not acceptable.
2. The photo must have a white background and should be taken after January 1, 2023.
3. The face should occupy approximately 50% of the area, with a full face view looking directly into the camera.
4. Facial features like forehead, both eyes, nose, cheeks, lips, and chin should be clearly visible and not covered by hair, cloth, or shadows.
5. If the candidate wears spectacles, there should be no glare on the glasses. Tilt the glasses slightly downward during the photo shoot to avoid glare.
6. Only clear glasses are permitted, not dark or tinted ones.
7. The image should be in JPEG format and printed in a standard size of 4.5cm x 3.5cm (45mm x 35mm). The pixel resolution should be between 640 x 480 (0.3 Mega Pixel) and 320 x 240. The maximum file size allowed is 450 kb. Ensure the studio follows these specifications.
**Signature:**
1. Candidates should sign with black or dark blue ink on white paper.
2. The signature should be digitally scanned by a professional photo studio and cropped to the specified dimensions (3.5cm width x 2.5cm height) by the studio itself.
3. Only JPEG image formats will be accepted.
4. The maximum pixel resolution for the signature image is 800 x 300, and the minimum is 400 x 150.
5. The maximum file size allowed for the signature is 100 kb.
6. **Mobile phone photographs of the signature are strictly not acceptable and can lead to disqualification of the application.**
**Note:** Ensure both the photograph and signature strictly adhere to these guidelines. Any deviation may result in the rejection of the application.
